Insight Referenced CF - Filter Issue Scope does not allow using placeholders like ${reporter}

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure an Insight Referenced CF
2. Set the Filter Issue Scope IQL with a placeholder: ${reporter} or ${customfield_nnnnn}

Expected Results

The IQL is valid, and the CF will use it in the Issue Context

Actual Results

Error

<iql,Placeholder not supported in current context.>

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
