Insight Referenced CF - Filter Issue Scope does not allow using placeholders like ${reporter}

Configure an Insight Referenced CF
Set the Filter Issue Scope IQL with a placeholder: ${reporter} or ${customfield_nnnnn}

The IQL is valid, and the CF will use it in the Issue Context
