Issue Summary

Date in datetime type customfield is displayed error in Chinese screen

Steps to Reproduce

Create Date/Time attribute in the old schema view, change the language to Chinese from the user's perspective (user language locale)

Expected Results

The date will be displayed correctly

Actual Results

The date displays the month in an HTML format instead of non unicode char

Workaround

Use the new object view by clicking on the object KEY to go to that view and the date displays correctly
