Issue Summary

Insight CF can be populated with Objects not filtered by the IQL from a non GUI contexts

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure an Insight field where you have an IQL filters Issue Scope, for example to filter out non-active objects - IQL= objectType=Application AND Status=Active
2. You have an object which has Status=Inactive and which has Name="Excel"
3. Run a script that creates or updates an issue with the Insight field and add the key or id for "Excel".

Expected Results

No Object is populating the CF and/or a Validation error

Actual Results

Field will be filled with the "Excel" object even if it was filtered out in the Insight IQL filter.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
