User should be able to remove the field from Request Type page even if it's marked as required

      On the "Request types" page, if a field is marked as required it is not possible to remove it.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. On a JSM project settings > Request types > click "Edit fields" on a request type
      2. Add a field
      3. Mark it as Required = Yes

      Observed Results

      On the actions column, the "Remove" link is grayed out and it displays a confused message "This field is required by the linked issue type"

      Expected Results

      The "Remove" link should be enabled as I don't see a valid reason of why the user should not be able remove the field only because the Required column is set to "Yes".
