Issue Summary

Insight Macro for Confluence v.1.6.4

Set up the macro to correctly show a table/list of Insight Objects, then try to export the Macro results to CSV, using the link provided below the Macro on the page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure the IMFC to show some objects on the Confluence page
2. Click "Export to CSV" below the Macro

Expected Results

A CSV file will download, including the Macro's Data

Actual Results

An error on screen (attached):

The CSV Export failed

TypeError: Td(...) is not a function

No entry in the Confluence / Browser log

Workaround

Export the page to a Word Document, then copy the table and past it to an excel sheet
