Worng month when using the Insight Date Picker in Russian

Issue Summary

When your Jira instance is set to Russian, and you use a date picker to populate a Date Attribute in Insight - once you have clicked on a Date in the Date Picker - the Attribute will show the name of the previous month.

Reproduced in Insight 9.0.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Object Type with a Date Type Attribute
2. Change the Jira Language to Russian
3. Create an Object and use the Date Picker to show the Calendar.
4. Click any day in March

Expected Results

The Attribute will populate with the value (date, month and year) selected in the picker e.g. 10/MAR/21 (March stated in Russian)

Actual Results

The Attribute Populates on the Create / Edit Screen with the value 10/Feb/21 (February stated in Russian)

Workaround

Once the Object is Created or the update is saved - the Attribute will show the correct month, in Russian.

The Issue does not happen in English - so might be a local Translation issue related to the Date Picker
