      Issue Summary

      UI problem with the new rich text editor feature for the Customer portal in JSM 4.15.

      The focus of the cursor is switched from summary to description when the issue creation page loads. This happens even while typing in the field "Summary".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install the new JSM 4.15
      2. Go to the customer portal
      3. Log in and try to create any test issue.

      Expected Results

      The cursor focus should be on the  field "Summary"

      Actual Results

      The summary field will be skipped/greyed out at first and the cursor focus will be immediately switched to the Description field.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
