Hi Team,
We have several queues oftentimes overlapping, such as Sev-1 showing up in HelpDesk-Hardware queue. We do not quite want to setup exclusive queues. While Sev-1 showing up in HelpDesk-Hardware queue is fine for us, can we show such tickets in different color as follows?
Severity 1 = Red
Severity 2 = Amber
Severity 3 = Green
I have looked at "Colors for Jira" and "Colorfields ++ for Jira". Colors for Jira seems to be a better fit for our requirement, however can this be integrated as a built-in feature within Jira Service Management?
