Implemented generating tickets by email with JSM Oauth 2.0.
If you reply by email, only the content is well written in Windows Outlook.
However, in Outlook web (OWA) and Mac, if RE and FW are changed to Korean or Chinese instead of English, the contents continue to expand.
In addition to the existing content, attachments and tables are continuously added, making the ticket messy.
Is there a menu or a way to solve this? There is a problem in asking individuals to apply all of the options below, and Microsoft does not have this function.
