Issue Summary

The 'search' in the German language keyword does not list the results for Request types in German language. However, if we give the search keyword in English, the results are displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Request type - "Request a phone number".
2. In Project Settings > Language support > Deutsch (Deutschland) translation, add 'German' translation for phone number.
   
3. Change the customer language to "German" in the customer portal.
4. When we search for "number" in English, it lists the "Rufnummer" Request type.
   
   However, when we search for "rufnummer", the customer portal does not list any results.
   

(Note: We have this scenario for the Spanish language as well)

Expected Results

Customer portal should display results for Request Types containing "rufnummer".

Actual Results

The customer portal does not display results for Request Types if the Request types are in the German language.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
