      Issue Summary

      After upgrading Jira Service Desk from 4.5.1 to JSD 4.11.1 release, the select list custom field options are truncated in customer portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create custom field (single choice) with option that goes beyond 75 characters
      2. Add the custom field to JSD project
      3. Check the select list options from customer portal

      Expected Results

      The long text option should be wrapped like JSD 4.5.1:

      Actual Results

      The long text option is truncated in JSD 4.11.1:

            Hello, We just upgraded to 4.13.5 and this is definitely an issue for us for cascading fields. The limit for those fields seem to be 30 characters before being truncated. This is a very real limitation.

            Our team is experiencing this issue as well. This is a significant issue as it does not allow the customer to see the entire text of the option that they are trying to choose. There is no tooltip or anything to help them pick the right option. Is there a suggested workaround? We have some lengthy answers/options but I don't think that we can consolidate them enough to show the full option.

            Does the "long term backlog" mean it will be fixed before Server is totally abandoned? I hope it gets fixed in Data Center at least soon enough...
