Issue Summary

      Given issue has transition screen between statuses, there may be situation when transition screen doesn't contain assignee and/or comment fields. Issue still can be moved between statuses

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in to the system as an agent user, open JSD project 
      2. Open issue with transition screen set (e.g. Service Request)
      3. Move issue between statuses

      Expected Results

      Per project configuration screen contains comment field and assignee field

      Actual Results

      An empty "Transition" screen is displayed with only "Back" and "Save" buttons.

      Workaround

      Assignee and Comment can be added after transition is done. In some cases user can tap Back button and try to change status again and in this case transition screen will be displayed correctly.
