Issue Summary

All recent users agents who you've mentioned in comments or the customer reporting the issue are listed as possible assignees. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the system as an agent user, open JSD project 
2. Tap on assignee field, try to search for another agent assigned to current project

Expected Results

Only agents assigned to current project are displayed

Actual Results

Any agent's username who was beforehand mentioned in comments or the customer reporting the issue is in the search results. If user try to select them, error message will be displayed

Workaround

No workaround required - purely UI issue, as backend doesn't allow to assign issue to user without proper permissions
