Add wiki markup preview support to the text entry fields

      The current display of the text entry fields in Service Desk don't show applied WML - can you please add support for this so they are displayed as they would be to the user?

      For example in the attached screenshot it shows raw WML rather than the text with the renderer applied. This can easily be tested with the "View the Customer Portal" link.
