Issue Summary
Confluence Cloud integration doesn't allow customers to view knowledge base articles on customer portal/issue view/etc. Because of strict politics & restrictions in Safari, related to `X-Frame-Options` and recently released cookie politics, it blocks iframe usage for displaying KBI articles.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up Confluence Cloud integration
- Add KB space for a project in the project settings
- Open request creation form on the customer portal
- or open dialog with KB article from the issue view
Expected Results
Should display KB article
Actual Results
KB article iframe blocked by safari with console error.
`Refused to display 'iframe-host-placeholder' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.`
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior, although you can use any other browser, except Safari. A workaround will be added here when available
