Issue Summary
The number field in the customer portal is shown without a floating-point separator, different behavior from the issue view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom field with the number field type;
- Add this field to create/edit/view screens in a Service Desk project;
- Open a request using this number field, for example, 123456789;
- In the issue view the floating-point will appear, separating the numbers;
- In the customer portal the number will show without the separator;
Expected Results
The floating-point will appear in the number field when necessary.
Actual Results
The floating-point doesn't appear, treating the field as text.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
