Issue Summary
Search in Customer Portal does not work with JSD 4.11.0 "Language support" translations.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Jira Service Desk new request in English called "Request new software"
- Go in the Language support and translate this request in french for example: "Demander un nouveau logiciel".
- Login in the Customer portal with a French Customer and search for "logiciel":
Expected Results
The search results should return the "Demander un nouveau logiciel" request type.
Actual Results
The search does not return any matching request types.
Only when we use the English word "software" keyword for search then it returns the value.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
