Description
Issue Summary
Licensed agents in a customer organization do not appear in the project's Customers search menu.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new user.
- Add them as a licensed user to the JIRA Service Desk application.
- Add the user to a customer organization.
- Verify they can be found on the Customers search page.
- Add them to the Service Desk team.
Expected Results
The user will still be found in the Customers search page.
Actual Results
The user will not be found in the Customers search page, even though they will still be listed as a users within the organization.
Workaround
Remove the user from the Service Desk Team project role or the application access.
