Ability to add a select list of group of users to share the issue with

Issue Summary

Ability to add a select list of groups of users to share the issue with, so that the users will be listed in drop-down so that customers can select the user with whom he wants to share the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue in the JSD customer portal
2. Now to share the issue with others its only possible by typing name or e-mail address like below

    How a customer adds a participant to a request:

   1. Access the customer portal from the link provided.
   2. Fill out the request form, select Create.
   3. Select Share from the right-side panel, enter the name, email address, or organization in the Share this request field.
   4. Select Share.
3. Instead have a select list drop-down so that customers can choose the user with whom they want to share the request with

Expected Results

1. Instead have a select list drop-down so that customers can choose the user with whom they want to share the request with

Actual Results

1. Select Share from the right-side panel, enter the name, email address, or organization in the Share this request field.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
