provide a way to clear SLA fields for a given issue from the Jira UI

      There could be several reason why SLA values are wrongly calculated as per human mistakes on transitioning issues or as per effect of already identified bugs on same previous versions.

      At the moment the only way to clear and recalculate SLA values is by using a REST API command.

      It would be useful if there would be a way to clear the values directly from the Jira Web UI.
