Not enough space after the comment field in JSD causes some fields (like Canned Reponses) to not work properly

      Issue Summary

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add multiple Canned responses to a project
      2. In issue view, try to use the Canned Responses to create a comment

      Expected Results

      User should be able to see all the information in the Canned Responses drop-down selection.

      Actual Results

      The dropdown runs out of space, like the screenshot below:

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
