Issue Summary
search requests filters on the customer portal get broken when setting the filter on Shared with my organizations
Steps to Reproduce
- in a JSD project add a customer to 2 different organizations
- raise 4 requests with a different request type for each of them and share 2 of them with the 1st organization and other 2 with the 2nd organization.
- transition the issues so that they are in different status and so that at least 1 is resolved or closed.
- login on the customer portal with the customer that you previously created.
- clic on the right top corner and select Requests>All requests.
- select the filters as Open Requests, Shared with my organizations and filter for only 1 specific issue type.
- Observe that instead all 4 raised issue are displayed, disregarding the filtered request type and showing also the Resolved and Closed:
Expected Results
requests should also filter status and request type
Actual Results
filter on status and request type doesn't work in combination with shared with my organizations.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
