      Problem Definition

      When a customer is part of one single organisation, any request created by this customer either from the UI or by email will be automatically shared with this organisation. This feature can be turned off in Global settings which will disable the feature for all projects.

      As a project admin, I want this sharing setting to be configurable on the project level.
