Problem Definition
When a customer's request has been resolved, if the service desk has the option enabled, the customer can get a Customer Satisfaction Survey at the bottom of that email notification. While this does contain a star rating, customers are not noticing this exists, or that they can leave feedback. It would be great to have some means to highlight this feature within that email notification itself.
Suggested Solution
If the email could have the stars light up when a user hovered over them, before clicking, we believe that users will want to leave feedback more often.
Why this is important
- I believe that older versions of Service Desk could actually do this.
- Makes it clearer to customers that they CAN leave feedback
- Creates a positive feedback response to the end user (what you hover over before you click is vital to managing customer expectations).
