Implement audit log for tracking changes to Request Types and Forms

      The Jira Audit audit log includes the following events:

      • Request type created
      • Request type deleted
      • Request type updated

      Problem Definition

      At this time, Jira does not have any auditing capabilities when JSD Request Types and Forms are edited. Administrators would like to know when Request Types are created, edited, or deleted, or when the forms have fields edited as well.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement auditing capabilities on JSD features such as Request Types and Request Forms, containing information like when changes were made, who made the changes, and what the contents of the changes were.
