When a user navigates to Service Desk >> Queues, the page takes more than 10 seconds to load. This usually happens after JIRA has been restarted. The behaviour improves over time but still requires around 5 seconds to load the page.

Cause

• Each time when Service Desk is loaded, it runs pre-condition checks which check each request type and each field in the request type - JSD-502
• Queries for the pre-condition check are not optimised.
