Customer requests to an ability to customize the transition Icons on the customer portal. Reason being we seen the same icon used the different transition states showing the same icon as we can see in the screenshot.

• Here customer prefers to have the flexibility of changing (SVG) aka icon for the Cancel request & Escalate this issue so that users can differentiate it better.
