Cannot open SLA calendar when using French language

      Issue Summary

      Cannot open SLA calendar when using French language with the page loading forever

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change Default language to French 
      2. Go to Project settings > SLAs > Calendars
      3. Click Edit on any calendar

      Expected Results

      Calendar settings opens normally

      Actual Results

      Page will load indefinitely and nothing is rendered (blank page)

      Error 500 in HAR file with the following error is returned "Cannot format given Object as a Number"

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
