Issue Summary
When accessing the servicedeskapi/servicedesk/serviceDeskId/requesttype endpoint as a customer, it is possible to see request types that are hidden from the customer portal
Steps to Reproduce
- On Service Desk, create a hidden request type
- Access the servicedeskapi/servicedesk/serviceDeskId/requesttype endpoint as a customer
Expected Results
The hidden request types won't be displayed
Actual Results
Any hidden request types will be shown
Workaround
