Issue Summary
Service Desk SLA report show empty results whenever the name of an SLA matches the name of a system field such as Resolution, Assignee, etc...
Steps to Reproduce
- In a JSD project create a new SLA report, for example called "Resolution" with some random goals, start/stop conditions
- Create a few tickets where these the SLA is either running or stopped (this should not matter, because the report should catch either ticket)
- Create a new SLA report with any of the following series:
- "Resolution - % Met"
- "Resolution - Breached"
- "Resolution - Met"
Expected results
The report should show some data for the most recent day.
Actual results
The report does not show any data for the most recent day.
Workaround
The workaround is to create a new SLA with a different name than an existing fields name, and with the same configuration as the original SLA, and then to delete the original SLA.

JSDSERVER-1526 Reports based on Metric called Resolution would not give any results.
