Allow a gadget or report for SLA by assignee

      All reports are team based results (which are important!!) but I need to know for each employee, what % of time they are meeting or breaching SLAs.

      I think making a new field that was simple the value "Met" or "Breached" would allow the pie chart gadget to work natively.

      But a more elegant solution baked into SD would be great!
