It shows up above, the Fix Version/s as 4.12.1. So you'll need to upgrade to Service Desk 4.12.1.

This says Closed and Fixed, and was resolved Oct 7, 2020, but against which version? We see it with Jira Software 8.8.1 (Data Center) and Service Desk 4.8.1.

Jira Server v8.7.1 and JIRA Service Desk 4.7.1

Same problem - archived component, but it is still visible in Service Desk portal. Do not want to delete also, because then this will change the older issues.

Also present in Jira 8.5.4 JSD 4.5.4.

This is a really annoying bug as we thought/hoped we could stop people raising support tickets for systems we no longer support by archiving components.

We're facing this issue within Jira 8.7.1 with JSD 4.7.1 as well.

Please add the filter to hide archived ones, this is very annoying.

            best

Affects also the enterprise release JIRA Service Desk 4.5.3 & 4.5.4.
After update to SD 4.5.5 the issue still exists...
