Issue Summary
Archived components are still available on the Customer portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a Service Desk project > Project Settings > Components.
- Archive any number of components:
- Go to the customer portal and try to create a new request that has the components field in it.
Expected Results
The components available are only those not archived.
Actual Results
All components are still selectable:
In JSD, the archived component is not visible
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

It shows up above, the Fix Version/s as 4.12.1. So you'll need to upgrade to Service Desk 4.12.1.
