      i can't change setting for hidding activity on portal customer.
      Is it possible?
      i want my customer just create issue and allow comment on owner issue and just view comment supporter but not view activity log or activity stream on portal in jira service desk.

            Hi,

            If we move the Request type in service Desk , activity log showing the original status of the previous request Type , which is making no use of having the "Status name to show customer" in the Workflow Statuses .

            It will be better we can hide the Hide activity log in customer portal based our wish .

            Thanks so much for your votes and comments on this feature request.

            After analysis of this issue we decided it is not something we can put on our short to mid term roadmap. Therefore we think it is only fair to not keep this issue as open and close it as "won't fix". We will take this feedback into account as we work on ongoing design and usability improvements to service desk.
