      i can't change setting for hidding activity on portal customer.
      Is it possible?
      i want my customer just create issue and allow comment on owner issue and just view comment supporter but not view activity log or activity stream on portal in jira service desk.

            This is a shame this request is set to wont fix, There is no need to inform customers of the internal workings of workflow status changes
