Icon for Customer Portal announcement is shown incorrectly in different web browsers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the customer portal as a project/system admin.
2. Add an announcement.

Expected Results

The announcement message will be displayed, with a "loudspeaker" icon on the left.

Actual Results

The announcement message will be displayed, with a "loudspeaker" icon showing "broken" in Firefox and Chrome, while displaying correctly in Edge:

Notes

• The issue is not present in Jira Core 8.2.1 / SD 4.2.1

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
