Issue Summary
Incorrect French translation in the CSAT feedback page
Steps to Reproduce
- In the Project settings, enable the Customer Satisfaction survey.
- Set the system language to French.
- Create a service desk request.
- Resolve the request.
- The customer receives a CSAT survey email, rate the service selecting any of the stars and the customer will be redirected to a page confirming the rate as well as asking for additional comment.
Expected Results
The feedback page is shown, indicating "Si vous avez un moment, dites-nous comment les choses se sont *passées *pour que nous puissions garder le cap."
Actual Results
"Si vous avez un moment, dites-nous comment les choses se sont passés pour que nous puissions garder le cap."
Workaround
The translation can be modified directly from the Service Desk files following the guide https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-service-desk-internationalization-675188939.html
The translation key for this specific issue is located in your Jira Home/plugins/installed-plugins/jira-servicedesk-application-x.x.x.jar, inside that file, in the directory i18n, you find the file sd-i18n_fr_FR.properties, and in that file, the translation can be found in the key "cv.feedback.confirm.page.comment.label.happy".
