SLA time doesn't reflect on exported excel file

    Description

      Hi Jira Support,

      In our application, we have configured SLA information for all incident requests. Every month we have to generate the incident list to review SLA information (such as Response Time, Workaround Time & Resolution Time).

      when I generate the list in service portal using filter, these SLA information are showing correctly. But when I exported to excel format, SLA information are showing the test "$remainingTimeHumanReadable" instead of the correct time. 

       

      Please suggest if I can configure somewhere in Service portal in order to reflect that information in exported excel/csv/pdf format.
