Issue Summary
Submenus "Approvals", "My requests", "All Requests" under Requests are invisible in Service Desk Help center.

Steps to Reproduce
- Deploy Jira Service Desk 4.3.0 or 4.3.1 or 4.3.2
- Create a Project
- Go to Project Settings -> Portal Settings -> Click "View and Customize" -> Click "Requests"
- Submenu will not be displayed/invisible
Expected Results
Submenu "Approvals", "My requests", "All Requests" should be displayed
Actual Results
Submenu "Approvals", "My requests", "All Requests" are not visible
Workaround
Enable new help center portal A stylish new portal for Jira Service Desk Server and Data Center customers
Click Project Settings -> Portal Settings -> Click "View and Customize" -> "Customize" ->Enable A stylish new portal awaits -> Publish Changes
