Issue Summary

      Submenus "Approvals", "My requests", "All Requests" under Requests are invisible in Service Desk Help center.

      Linux

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Deploy Jira Service Desk 4.3.0 or 4.3.1 or 4.3.2
      2. Create a Project
      3. Go to Project Settings -> Portal Settings -> Click "View and Customize" -> Click "Requests"
      4. Submenu will not be displayed/invisible

      Expected Results

      Submenu "Approvals", "My requests", "All Requests" should be displayed

      Actual Results

      Submenu "Approvals", "My requests", "All Requests" are not visible

      Workaround

      Enable new help center portal A stylish new portal for Jira Service Desk Server and Data Center customers 

      Click Project Settings -> Portal Settings -> Click "View and Customize" -> "Customize" ->Enable A stylish new portal awaits -> Publish Changes
