Possible to hide 'Approvals' section from Customer portal

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      We are using JIRA service portal as well as the customer portal.
      Normally, approvers are using customer portal to approve the request.
      Recently, one of the approver complaint about the approver section which display like "1 approval needed" and under that system showing the previous approver's name as well as the current assignee name.

      So, I guest this information is misleading for approvers from my office as I'ld like to check whether we can hide this section in order for approvers not to confuse when approving the request.

            I think is a fundamental feature to have if you open the customer portal to external users as you don't want them to know who are the (internal) approvers. Any workarounds in the meantime?

            Hi

            We have the same problem about showing the approvers to customers. 

            Some approves are about our internal bussiness workflow. So we want to hide the approve status from customers. 

            Is there anyway ? Thanks a lot.
