Missing JSD issue types when installing from .obr

      Issue Summary

      I have a running JSW installation with JSW licence. Installing JSD application from .obr and then adding the JSD licence. On the Admin/Issue Types I am not seeing JSD issue types, only JSW from initial installation.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install JSW 8.1.2 with JSW licence
      2. Start and setup JSW
      3. on a running JSW 8.1.2 install JSD 4.1.2 from .obr
      4. set the licence for JSW
      5. go to Admin/Issues/Issue Types - JSD issue types are missing

      Expected Results

      I can see JSD issue types

      Actual Results

      JSD issue type are not defined.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
