Add created and updated dates in the customer portal

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently, there's no way to add the created and updated dates on the customer portal, it only shows up in Jira itself. Also, the portal only shows the amount of time that passed since the ticket was created and not the actual date and time.
