    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently, user-picker in Service Desk portal are hard-coded to only show 10 possible match. If the user based is huge there are some user that is not searchable even though if we search using whole username.

      Suggestion

      Make user-picker limit to be configurable or follow JIRA user picker which have limit of 20 users.
