      Definition

      When a licensed JIRA user tried to create an article from the Knowledge Base section of a SD project, it doesn't allow him to create the Space linked to a Service Desk project which allows anonymous access but restricted to page creation. Instead, it pre-selects another Space that has anonymous access and page creation allowed.

      Suggestion

      If the page creation is restricted to publicly available space, it makes sense to have a login prompt rather than preselecting another Space which allows page creation for anonymous user. Otherwise, the user is not aware of what he needs to do.
