      Environment

      Jira 8.2.1+Service Desk 4.2.1

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Service Desk project
      2. Go to Jira Administration > Issues > Screens.

      Expected Results

      Several screens are created each with a unique name: 

      Actual Results

      The screens are created with the same name: 

      Notes:

      It is not possible to create screens with a name that already exists through the UI.

      Workaround

      Changing the name manually
