Issue Summary
Creating a Service Desk projects creates multiple screens with the same name
Environment
Jira 8.2.1+Service Desk 4.2.1
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Service Desk project
- Go to Jira Administration > Issues > Screens.
Expected Results
Several screens are created each with a unique name:
Actual Results
The screens are created with the same name:
Notes:
It is not possible to create screens with a name that already exists through the UI.

I can confirm this behavior. Under certain conditions this could become critical.
As a temporary workaround, you can create a Jira Core (or Software) project and change the Projects Category afterwards to Jira Service Desk. In addition Screens, Workflows, automations etc. needs to be created manually but once done, new JSD projects can be created with the shared configuration.
