It would be great if the unread operations in the dashboard, filter or in the service desk are marked
(Bold font or with a *) After all, there is the field "Updated" but only the date, here even the time would be helpful. Since comments on a ticket come several times a day.
The following improvements would be ideal:
- Identify unread processes and mark them as unread (Bold font or with a *)
- Also in Kanbanboard, Service Desk Queue, Issues Filter, Dashboard.
