Summary
In a case where there is a ticket that is already has a set of number approval needed to proceed, it would not be changed even the Approval Configuration in the Workflow is changed. Let's say that in the ticket it needs 1 and later in the workflow, it changed that it needs 2, the same ticket will say that it is still 1.
Steps to Replicate
- Edit an existing JIRA Service Desk Workflow.
- Configure a certain status to have 1 Approval needed.
- Publish the workflow.
- Create a ticket and transitioned it to the same status.
- Set 2 user as the Approval while it only needs 1.
- Edit the workflow again and change the Approval need all user to approve.
- Publish and check the ticket again.
Expected Result
- The ticket will be updated with 2 Approval Needed.
Actual Result
- The ticket still needs only 1 Approval.
