      Issue Summary

When accessing linked issues through the Service Desk queue, if the issue from the target project does not have a linked knowledge base while the source project does, Jira will not display any comments in the linked issue, and also will not allow users to insert new comments on it. After refreshing the page, this behavior does not happen.

      Environment

      • Jira Service Desk 3.16.1
      • Confluence 6.15.1

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue in a project that does have a linked knowledge base on Confluence
      2. Access the created issue, then click on More > Create linked issue
      3. Create a linked issue in a project that does not have a linked knowledge base on Confluence
      4. Add a comment in the linked issue
      5. Access the source issue through Project > Queues
      6. Click on the linked issue to access it

      Expected Results

Jira will display the linked issue with all comments, and will allow the user to add a comment there

      Actual Results

All comments will be missing and the user won't be able to add a new comment there.

      Workaround

      Refresh the page.
