Improve the Linked Issue Screen letting the user choose which values will be copied from the original issue

      Summary

      When creating a new linked issue from a JSD project to another, if the original issue has an organization set, the target project needs to have this organization as well, otherwise, the issue won't be created (the error Invalid organization ids specified will be displayed on the create linked issue screen), this happens because the create linked issue feature copies all the fields values from the original issue.

      Would be good if the user were able to choose which values will be copied from the original issue to the new linked one.
